Born in Milan in 1969, graduated in Business Administration, he starts his career in Publitalia ’80 as assistant of Lombardy's Sales Manager. MTV Advertisement then hires him as Account Director, where he's in charge of creating and developing the sales network. He joins MTV Italy in 2001 as Head of Interactive, where he's in charge of contents, product and sales of digital advertising.

In 2004 he's La7's Head of Digital, creating and developing their Digital Departiment. In 2006 he's Senior Vice President for Digital Platforms in Telecom Italia Media and leads digital activities of La7, MTV and Telecom Italia's pay per view platforms.

In 2008 he becomes MTV Italia CEO and President of MTV Advertising, developing MTV, Nickelodeon e Comedy Central activities in Italy. In 2013 he's CEO for IPG Mediabrands and President of IPG Mediabrands Spain. He joins Rai in 2015, directly reporting to the General Director, with the task to define the strategy for Rai's Digital Offer. In 2016 he became RAI's Chief Digital Officer. Since March 2016 he heads Rai Com. After 20 years of experience in the media world, now he says “The world is changing fast. Either we keep up or disappear”
